Great choice of breakfast items, clean room and great location! It was a good experience and we have no complaints! Everything was clean and the room was comfortable. Staff also spoke decent english which helped a lot.
The staff was super nice and helpful during the whole of our visit. Rooms were clean but a the furniture was a bit old. Hostel is secure and the location is super - close to metro and Palermo's best restaurant zones. Breakfast was of good value compared to the pricing of the hostel. I will definitely stay there again when I'm heading to BsAs.
It's important to know that this is a very basic hotel. But if you don't like any frills, but do appreciate friendly and helpful desk staff, this may work for you. Pretty close to the subway, and lots of places to eat within a block.
